FAQ about Check Imaging

What is check imaging?

Online check imaging allows you to view front and back images of your checks within one business

day of clearing your account. No more waiting for your statement each month.

The safety of your records is of utmost importance to us. Online check imaging is only available through our secure

transaction area using the User ID and Password known only to you. Online check imaging is a secure way for you

to view your checks online.

Once implemented you will no longer receive your actual check. Instead you will receive a copy of the Front and the

back of each of your checks.

Online check images are accepted as valid proof of payment by local, state and federal branches of government.

They are also accepted by the IRS and any court of law.

An image of your check is created and then the original check is destroyed.

After we fully implement imaging there will NOT be any checks given back. However the images of your checks are

legal document, and are the same as having the actual check.

The image will show a full front of your check. The back of your check, if needed may be provided to you at anytime.
